The temperature of this new planet, named scorching hot JWST-discovered exoplanet, is high enough to melt lead and it would be highly toxic for humans with its strong corrosive fumes.

This planet looks like an alien Earth, but it is scorching hot and an inhospitable environment to human life.

The James Webb Space Telescope is an infrared space telescope designed to observe distant galaxies and other cosmic objects.

The James Webb Space Telescope was launched on October 28, 2018 from the Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. It was originally scheduled for launch in 2013 but due to budget cuts and other difficulties, it took a lot of time for the telescope to be built.

On April 16, 2019, NASA released images taken by the JWST that shows a planet orbiting a red dwarf star in the constellation Tucana (the Toucan). The planet is three times as hot as Venus because of its proximity to its host star.
